在中国改革开放 40 周年之际,由国际自身抗体标准化质控委员会、广东省健康管理学会、上海市免疫学会、深圳市医学会联合主办,深圳市福田区风湿病专科医院和上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院共同承办的「深圳·2018 国际自身抗体与检测指南研讨会暨自身抗体检测规范高级培训班」, 将于 2018 年 10 月 12 日-13 日上午在深圳富临大酒店隆重召开。

应我院“千人计划”专家陈大勇教授与生物医药功能材料重点研究机构邀请,加拿大渥太华大学生物化学、微生物学及免疫学系系主任、加拿大蛋白质组学及系统生物学一级讲席Daniel Figeys教授于2016年11月8-9日访问我院,其间与我院师生进行了一系列学术交流活动。

与金砖国家科技创新框架计划项目初审结果发布

自身抗体的检测在自身免疫病疾病诊断、病情评估和预后评价中发挥着至关重要的作用。本次会议得到国际免疫联合会教育委员会的大力支持,质控委员会主席 Luis E.C.Andrade 教授和 QAS 小组委员会抗核抗体标准化委员会主席 Edward K.L. Chan 教授率领国际自身抗体标准化质控委员会委员莅临深圳对自身抗体检测新指南制订进行研讨,同时设立自身抗体检测的高级培训课程,由 Luis 教授、Edward 教授和极富经验的香港大学 Eric Yuk Tat Chan 博士亲自督授,大家一起精彩互动,这是自身抗体的检测国际化标准交流平台。

11月8日上午10点,Figeys教授在化科院新大楼226会议室做了题为“Metaproteomics for the study of the human microbiome用于研究人类微生物组的宏蛋白质组学”的报告,生动阐释了其课题组如何利用多种组学方法描绘宿主及微生物组中生物分子变化的全貌,并重点介绍了三项工作实例:利用宏蛋白质组学和宏基因组学深入研究人体-微生物组的相互作用,并鉴定出与儿童炎症性肠病相关的关键细菌;利用微生物组体外检测方法,评价不同化合物对各微生物组的作用效果;以生物信息学新方法从微生物组中鉴定蛋白质。报告结束后,Figeys教授与在场师生展开了热烈讨论,并从刘红科副院长和陈大勇教授手中接过聘书,受聘成为我院兼职教授。

2016年度国家自然科学基金委员会与金砖国家科技创新框架计划合作研究项目初审结果的通知

可喜的是,同时我们将在 10 月 13 下午-14 日在深圳福朋喜来登酒店举办「一带一路·粤港澳大湾区自身免疫病高峰论坛暨深圳·2018 国际自身免疫病前沿论坛」。

此后Figeys教授还听取了我院部分教师的科研工作介绍,提出了诸多宝贵建议。11月9号Figeys教授还与陈大勇教授科研团队就2017年国家自然科学基金国家重大科研仪器研制项目的申请工作进行了深入讨论。

经公开征集,2016年度国家自然科学基金委员会共收到金砖国家科技创新框架计划合作研究项目申请150项。根据我委相关规定,经过初步审查,并与合作方核对清单,确定有效申请为96项,现将通过初审的项目公布如下:

Daniel Figeys曾于2004-2013年间任渥太华系统生物学中心的首任主管,也是中科院资深外籍专家。Daniel Figeys于加拿大蒙特利尔大学获得化学学士和硕士学位,于加拿大阿尔伯塔大学师从Norm Dovichi博士获得博士学位,并在美国华盛顿大学RuediAebersold课题组从事博士后研究。他已发表论文逾160篇,引用超过12000次,H-index指数达48.

He had been invited by Jiangsu Collaborative Innovation Center of Biomedical Functional Materials and Prof. David. D.Y. Chen, the expert recruited by our school through the national “thousand talents plan”.

In Room 226 of the new Chem-Building Prof. Figeys gave a seminar titled “Metaproteomics for the study of the human microbiome”, featuring his research on using multiomic approaches to get a more complete view of the biomolecular changes in the host and microbiome. In particular, he presented in detail an application of metaproteomics and metagenomics to better understand the human-microbiome interaction and to identify key bacteria in Inflammatory Bowel Disease in children, a new ex vivo assay for microbiome that can be used to assess the effects of different compounds on individual microbiome, and a new bioinformatics approach for the identification of proteins from microbiome. Following the Q&A session a visiting-professorship was conferred upon Prof. Figeys by the School of Chemistry.

On Nov. 9th, he also contributed to the preparation of the proposal for the National Key Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Project 2017, a grant supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China .

Daniel Figeys was the inaugural Director of the Ottawa Institute of Systems Biology from 2004-2013. He is also a Visiting Professor for Senior International Scientists, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Daniel obtained a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in chemistry from the Université de Montréal. He obtained a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Alberta with Dr. Norm Dovichi and did his postdoctoral studies with Dr. RuediAebersold at the University of Washington. He has published over 160 articles, cited over 12,000 times, and has an H-index of 48.
